Workshop Cancellation Policy
In a perfect world, every workshop I schedule will proceed, and every person who registers as a participant will attend.
However, as we all live in the real (and challenging) world, the following policies will guide our collective expectations when things don’t go to plan:
A workshop will be confirmed to proceed not later than 14 days prior to its scheduled starting date. The only time this may not pan out is if there is an unexpected COVID lock-down.
Workshop registration is only confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant.
If sufficient confirmed registrations have not been received two weeks in advance of the scheduled starting date, the workshop may be cancelled.
In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by Revelation Kinesiology, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop, the following refunds will apply:
- The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) up to 14 days before workshop commencement. A fee of $150 will be charged to cover administration costs;
- If notice is received 48 hours from the scheduled starting date, no refund will be offered.
- If notice is received between 48 hours and 14 days from the scheduled starting date, no refund will be offered, however a credit minus the initial deposit will be offered to attend similar workshops. Please note : these workshops may well be in a different State or Territory.
- If notice is received 15 or more days from the scheduled starting date, a 50% refund will be offered.
